Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using Relay, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
01 The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Livotov Labs Ltd. ("we", "us"), P.O. Box 99, Varna 9002, Bulgaria, Company ID 202346120, governing your use of the Relay mobile application and this website (together, the "Service").
02 What Relay does
Relay is a utility that, based on rules you define, forwards incoming text messages received on your own device to destinations you configure: another phone number by SMS, a Telegram chat or channel through your own bot, an email address through your own mail account or Postmark server, a web address (webhook), or an automation app on the same phone. Relay processes messages on your device and does not route them through our servers.
03 Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for lawful personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
04 Acceptable use — your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you configure and use Relay. You agree that:
- You will only forward messages received on your own device and lawfully under your control, and you have the right to do so.
- You will not use Relay to intercept, monitor, or forward another person's communications without their knowledge and consent, or in any way that violates privacy, wiretapping, telecommunications, or data-protection laws.
- You will not use Relay for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party services you connect (your mobile carrier, Telegram, your email provider or Postmark, the operator of any webhook endpoint).
You are responsible for obtaining all consents required in your jurisdiction before forwarding messages that contain other people's personal data.
05 Permissions
The App requires certain device permissions (including SMS access) to function. Granting them is your choice; without them, the relevant features will not work. See our Privacy Policy for how each permission is used.
06 Third-party services & charges
- Carrier charges: Forwarding by SMS sends messages through your mobile carrier and may incur standard messaging charges. You are responsible for these costs.
- Third-party platforms: Telegram, your email provider, Postmark and any webhook endpoint are independent services with their own terms and, in some cases, their own fees. We are not responsible for their availability, behaviour, charges or handling of forwarded content.
- Delivery: We strive for reliable delivery but cannot guarantee every message is forwarded successfully or without delay, due to factors outside our control (network, OS background limits, third-party outages, invalid configuration).
07 Purchases, trials & subscriptions
Relay is free to use with one rule and one SMS destination. The optional "Pro" upgrade unlocks every destination kind and removes the limits, and is sold either as a one-time lifetime purchase or as an annual subscription that may include a free trial. All payments are handled by Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; manage or cancel in your Google Play account. Trial terms, pricing, taxes, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies and applicable consumer law. Prices shown on this website are indicative and may be localized.
08 Availability & changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may modify these Terms; material changes update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, are noted in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
09 Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any specific message will be delivered.
10 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livotov Labs Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, messages, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any failed, delayed, or misrouted forwarding. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
11 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livotov Labs Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including unlawful forwarding of third-party communications.
12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and, where applicable, by mandatory EU consumer-protection law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
